I am a personal and professional Co-Active® Coach trained by the internationally acclaimed Coaches Training Institute (CTI).

In Spring 2017 I hit rock bottom. I was working for an advertising agency in London and I was burnt out, anxious and unhappy. I knew I needed to change my life but I didn’t know how. I left my job and embarked on the journey that has brought me to where I am today.

Whilst I was unemployed I realised that I had been unfulfilled and unhappy for most of my professional life. The most frightening thing was, how much I had normalised this unhappiness as ‘work-related stress’ at best and at worst an inevitable outcome of my own inability to cope with the responsibilities of the roles I had been employed to do.

From that point on I realised that I wanted to create a life that would be as full an expression of my true self as possible; and now I help others to do the same.

What guided me was exploring, and eventually finding the work I needed to thrive as a human being. I am passionate about the importance of thriving in the work we do because:

  • Life is short and therefore precious
  • It is not ok to dread going into work every day
  • You can get paid to do something you love (yes, really!)

Today, I run my own coaching practice and I have never felt more like my (true) self. I work with all sorts of people who have one thing in common; they want change. I work with ambitious young women who feel like they're holding themselves back and not achieving what they could be and performers and creatives who are struggling to believe in themselves and want to be free from the expectations of others, and of their own negative inner voice. I also coach individuals who are transitioning from therapy or counselling and who now feel ready to start designing the life they want to lead.

Prior to becoming a coach I marketed London and Nottingham's theatre and arts scene for 12 years. I live in Bedfordshire, UK with my partner who is an actor.
